ROOM SERVICE
Room Service Server
Responsible for providing restaurant service to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner. Must be courteous and customer service oriented. Previous server experience required.
Room Service Mini-Basket Attendant (Part-Time)
11:00am start time.
Responsible for refreshing guest room snack baskets as business requires. Must have experience working in a 5-star environment.
GUEST SERVICES
Valet
Responsible for parking and retrieving guest’s vehicles safely and promptly while providing courteous service. Valid SC Driver’s License and minimum 21 years of age required.
GUEST RELATIONS
Security Agent (Part-Time)
Candidate will ensure guests, associates and hotel property are maintained in a safe and secure environment. Previous security experience preferred. Customer service skills necessary. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
PALMETTO CAFE
Palmetto Café Server (Part-Time)
Candidate will be responsible for taking guest food and beverage orders and serving them in a courteous and efficient manner, maintain station set-up and complete any and all assigned duties. Food and beverage knowledge required. Must be flexible to work all shifts to include weekends and holidays.
Server Assistant (Part-Time)
Server assistants needed to assist with dining experience. Responsible for providing general bussing and resetting of tables. Assist guests and servers as needed. Previous experience a plus! Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Excellent customer service skills necessary.
STEWARDING
Assistant Executive Steward
Responsibility for management of all aspects of the stewarding department Ability to work under pressure, be organized, self-motivated and work well with others. Knowledge of proper handling of chemicals, cleaning agents and equipment. Familiarity with Stewarding cost controls. Previous F& B management experience required.
