Gourmet Cuisine to Go

As an alternative to airline food...

If you prefer not to eat airline food, try one of our three Gourmet Cuisine to go meals. Packed in a convenient size box for carry-on, these meals are perfect for traveling anywhere. Please allow a minimum of two hours notice for meals packed to go. Ideally please call by 11:00pm the evening before delivery.  To-Go Cuisine is packed in a disposable box with all necessary condiments and utensils. 

Breakfast on the Go
Breakfast Croissant with Bacon and Egg, Sliced Seasonal Fruit, Bottled Water and Bottled Juice

Capellini Pasta Salad
with Grilled Shrimp, Scallops, Seared Tuna, Roasted Peppers, Marinated Mushrooms, Olives and Grilled Vegetables with Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette.  Sesame French Roll with Butter.  Seasonal Fresh Fruit.  Chef's Choice of dessert.

Cajun Chicken Club
With Peppered Bacon on Hearty Peasant Bread.  Orecchiette Pasta Salad with Goat Cheese, Olives and Roasted Peppers.  Seasonal Fresh Fruit and Vegetables. Chef's Choice of dessert.

Smoked Roast Beef
On Asiago Bread with Caramelized Onions, with Spinach and Roasted Garlic Thyme Mayonnaise, Mozzarella and Plum Tomatoes with Pesto Vinaigrette.  Seasonal Fresh Fruit.  Chef's Choice of dessert.
