Spa Gift Certificates
Our Charleston Place Spa gift certificates make the perfect gift-giving idea, even for the person who has everything. Our gift certificates are transferable, but are non-refundable. We are not responsible for stolen or lost gift certificates.
Appointments
Please call the Spa directly at (843) 937-8522 to make your appointments or make a request online. We recommend that you make your reservations well in advance to obtain your preferred Spa time.
Cancellation Policy
We take great care to provide our clients with outstanding service. To ensure that we can offer all our guests this consistent level of superior service, we must impose the following cancellation policy: Spa appointments cancelled less than 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee. If a spa service has been left unpaid by the end of the business day the service plus 20% gratuity will be charged to the guest's rooms or credit card on file. For your convenience, our Spa reception desk is open from 6am-9pm daily. Thank you for understanding.
Arrival
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your Spa appointment to allow adequate time to change and decompress. Please keep in mind that each Spa treatment is scheduled precisely and will end on time so that the next client is not delayed.
Spa Facility
Our Spa treatments, appropriately designed for both men and women, are performed in the comfort of private treatment rooms. Our professionally trained and licensed staff is skilled in the latest Spa therapies. For your convenience we provide towels, shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, deodorant, and combs. We will supply a robe and slippers during your stay at the Spa. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and jewelry. For your comfort and the comfort of all our guests, our Spa is a non-smoking facility. Cell phones are not permitted in the Spa.
Treatment Pricing
All Spa treatment prices do not include gratuity. Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on satisfaction of services. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification.
Fitness Classes
We offer a complete range of fitness activities and equipment for all skill levels. Our certified personal trainer can customize a fitness program suitable for your needs. Get your heart rate up, strengthen your cardiovascular system, burn body fat, and relieve stress with our aerobics program. Classes include pilates/yoga, fit walk, and aquazise. Morning and afternoon classes are available only for members and guests of the hotel. And, to appropriately outfit you for your workout, the Health Club offers an impressive line of sportwear.
Spa Hours
The Spa Reception Desk, Pool and Fitness Centre are open daily from 6:00am until 10:00pm. Treatments are available in the Spa between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and between 8am - 7pm on Saturday and Sunday.
