Itinerary
Thursday - On the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
Start your vacation at London Victoria, board the British Pullman for Folkestone. Lunch accompanied by a welcoming glass of champagne and fine wines are served during the journey. On arrival, transfer by Eurotunnel shuttle coach to Calais. The magical sight of the gleaming blue and gold wagons-lits of the continental sleeper train awaits you. After being escorted to your compartment, change for dinner and perhaps visit the bar car for an aperitif. Our specially prepared menus by chef Christian Bodiguel are a highlight of the journey. The train stops in Paris around 10pm to welcome other passengers.

Friday - Venice
Awake this morning in the Swiss Alps and, after a continental breakfast served in your compartment, relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery of Austria. Lunch is served as the train enters Italy, and afternoon tea before crossing the lagoon and arriving in Venice around 6pm. Three nights in Venice, Lagoon View room at Hotel Cipriani.

Saturday to Sunday - Venice
Explore the city of canals at your own pace, before joining your fellow travellers for an exclusive sightseeing tour we have arranged for you.

Monday - Florence
Travel first class by Italian Railways to Florence, one of Italy's most impressive and famous cities and home of the Renaissance artists. On arrival, spend three magical nights at the beautiful Villa San Michele.

Tuesday to Wednesday - Florence
There is much to see in lovely Florence. We have arranged for a car to be at your disposal for a day tour exploring the Tuscan countryside during your stay.

Thursday - Florence
Your journey ends with the departure from Villa San Michele, or alternatively we can arrange to take you to further explore Italy with a three night visit to the renowned Hotel Splendido, located in the enchanting Portofino village.

Cipriani Special Promotion Book a two-night stay in a Lagoon View room at the Hotel Cipriani and receive a third night free of charge. This offer is valid (subject to availability which may be limited) from hotel opening on April 03 to closing on October 25th, except for the months of May, June and September. Cabin Suite: A Suite is made up of two interconnecting double cabins. At night, choose between single beds or keep one cabin as a lounge, with upper and lower beds in the other cabin.
