Pricing Structure
All group and charter bookings are tailored to your own requirements and we can provide you with a quote accordingly. Often, bigger discounts may be negotiated if deposits are paid well in advance and the appropriate terms and conditions are met. Certain dates may carry a higher premium.

Standard group rates are available offering a discount off the retail fare for groups.

Bonus group rates offer additional reductions for groups of 16 passengers or more for bookings confirmed a minimum of 180 days prior to departure.
Payment Schedule

Exclusive Charters
Deposit - 10% on completion of contract
Interim - 40%, 180 days prior to departure
Balance - 50%, 90 days prior to departure

Groups
Deposit - 15% to confirm booking
Interim - 35%, 90 days prior to departure (or 50% if booking within 90 days)
Balance - 50%, 56 days prior to departure (or full payment if booking within 56 days)
Check-In
Check-in usually takes place at the main departure/embarkation point. However, you may like to arrange a pre-check in meeting one or two days before the departure date so that your Orient-Express representative can process the tickets and supply boarding cards and luggage labels to the tour escort, who in turn can pass them on to each member of the group with all necessary embarkation advice.
Luggage can then be sent separately to the departure/embarkation point where Orient-Express staff will load 'through' luggage into the baggage area and deliver 'cabin' bags to the appropriate compartment prior to the group arriving. This will leave the group free to arrive and board at a more leisurely pace.
